Repeater is NOT PLAYING on Zello why?

if you are using a handheld or mobile that is programmed to the repeater frequencies that is hookup to zello, and you do NOT hear it playing over zello Make sure you did ALL the steps, or it will NOT PLAY on zello! Watch this video:
