🆘I can't get it to work right no matter what i do!!!! what can i do???🆘

If you are having problems, and you can't get it to work no matter what you do, there are two ways I can TRY to fix it. EMAIL me a VIDEO of the problem! This is the only way I will do this because a video can show a lot more than you writing a 5-page email, then we can go from there

1). I remote access into your computer so I can check setting etc.!! The first 25 mins I will do for free, if it takes more time than that we will talk about what the cost will be. If you don't know what this is, go to this website to find out more info they have a free version https://anydesk.com/en/solutions/remote-desktop NOTE: make sure you leave anything hooked up!! Repeater, USB to DB9 adapter, USB sound card, ALL cables you are using, etc NOTE: This time would be schedule during the week day (M-F) between 10am to 2pm CST.
2). If remote access is not successfully, then the only other thing left is for you to send me your WHOLE setup, which would be:
a). Laptop (with all needed logins for it) with power supply
b). USB sound card
c). USB to DB9 adapter
d). Your repeater with power adapter
e). ANY cables you are using for your setup! An example would be if you are using a USB extension cable, I need that cable too!! DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OUT!! Otherwise, that could be the problem and I won't know it because I won't have it!!!!
You MUST include a pre-paid shipping label, so I can send it back when I get it working. As for a cost for this service, we will talk about this before you send it.
If you don't want to do any of these options. Then you are on your own! Remember, there are NO REFUNDS on the interface board!
