Sorry there is a add on fee of $10.00 per item (when PayPal fees goes up this will too) when paying using PayPal due to PayPal fees and I do not know how long I will accept PayPal if you don’t see the Pay with PayPal option then I no longer accept PayPal!!

“paying with PayPal”  drop down menu then select yes this will add the fee to the total price with shipping cost when checking out.
