The idea is to have a “box” with a button that people can press to get associate/assistance/help! Or be able to hook up an external switch for door entrance announcements, etc. over two-way radios using different switches!! With repeater or without repeaters!!! Should be able to work with existing two-way radio systems!!Can also be used as alarm announcements!!!
Key features:
- mirco usb for power or 9 volt battery, so it can be used anywhere!!
- can handle input voltage from 6 to 30 volts DC on screw terminal!!!
- Switch to enable repeat message with time adjustment up to 1 hour!
- uses Mp3 file which can be customized/edit to your liking!!
- With it having screw terminal hookup, This will allow an external switch to be used for a door entrance announcements!
- small in size, which make is easier/cheaper to get a 3d printed box made!!
- No Vox
- no computer or Raspberry Pi to make it run!!
- this will also work with repeaters that don’t have a data port!! You would program the handheld or mobile to the repeater freqs you need it to work on! As long as the handheld or mobile is within range of that repeater, it will work with any repeater!!!
- This will work with handhelds radios, mobile radios, repeaters!
- using a screw terminal for hookup, it can be used with many different types of switches!!
