This is a 3d printed adjustable SWR GMRS\/Ham\/business band\/VHF\/UHF j-pole antenna kit for 1\/2” diameter electrical conduit pipe<\/a> or 1\/2” diameter copper pipe,<\/a> You select pipe type when checking out!!!<\/p>\n

YOU HAVE TO MAKE THE ANTENNA FOR THIS KIT!!!! <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE: plastic is for outside, however I highly<\/b> recommend<\/span><\/span> spraying it with a clear coat for plastic that has UV resistance in it!!<\/p>\n

Here is a link to that type of clear coat spray paint NOTE it don’t say on the website that it’s UV resistance, but it does say that on the can!!<\/p>\n

It can be painted ANY color to blend into the environment, just make sure the spray paint is for PLASTIC AND HAS UV RESISTANCE in it!!!<\/p>\n

Can be used for HAM or GMRS or business band or any VHF\/UHF freq bands<\/p>\n

easy to assemble.<\/p>\n

Small in overall size (when using GMRS antenna size)<\/p>\n

About 2.2dBi gain<\/p>\n

No aerial ground rods are need! (making this great for small, tight areas!)<\/p>\n

Mounting adapter will slide onto a 3\/4” PVC pipe.<\/p>\n

What is included in the kit:<\/span><\/p>\n

(3) end caps for the 1\/2” pipe (to keep water out)<\/p>\n

(1) j-pole mount adapter for 3\/4” PCV pipe.<\/p>\n

(1) feeder bar (this slides up and down to adjust SWR)<\/p>\n

(1) cap end for feeder bar (to cover the wires from the So-239)<\/p>\n

(4) rings that need to be glued to the feeder bar<\/p>\n

(1) So-239 connector mount<\/p>\n

What you need to buy separately that is NOT included in the kit!!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Superglue to glue the rings onto the feed bar.<\/p>\n

1\/2” diameter electrical conduit pipe (length depends on type of antenna you are making Ham or GMRS a 10 foot is about $6.00) or 1\/2” copper pipe.<\/p>\n

(2) hose clamps to fit the 1\/2” diameter electrical conduit pipe or copper pipe<\/p>\n

Solid gauge wire (I used 14 gauge 12 gauge would work too)<\/p>\n

(4) round head machine 6-32 x 1\/2” bolts and nuts to mount the s0-239 connector<\/p>\n

(1) 16-14 AWG #4-6 ring terminal to mount ground wire to the so-239 (link to Gardner bender part # 20-103<\/a>)<\/p>\n

(1) 5” length of 1\/4” diameter thread rod with 4 nuts<\/p>\n

a tube of clear silicon to seal it up when done to keep water out<\/p>\n

spray can of clear paint for PLASTIC AND HAS UV RESISTANCE in it!!!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1\/8” brass tubing (optional) for feed wires to help feeder slide better.<\/p>\n

(2) 1 1\/2” length 1\/4 diameter” bolts with nuts for mounting the adapter to the j-pole and to the 3\/4” PVC pipe.<\/p>\n
